Garage Door Limited Lifetime Warranty

Vertex garage door offers 10 years limited warranty on panels, and 2 years on garage door hardware.

This warranty only covers normal use. Vertex Garage door shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect or non-recommended practices; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood or lightning; (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Vertex Garage Door representative.

Here is a reminder that our warranty does not cover aging or rust on our garage doors.

You can buy Rust&Paint from home depot and just spray this on your garage door and garage door handles. Spray it once a year, your garage door will always like new. As time goes on, the interior parts of the garage door may begin to rust, you could buy WD-40 and spray it once a year on interior parts of your garage door.
