Our Process
Step 1
Have a look at our products. Pick out the ones that interest you the most. Request to see a PVC Deck, PVC Fence sample – they’re free in Ottawa or Toronto. Or, you can visit Nextwood showrooms in Toronto. APPOINTMENT REQUIRED – please email info@vertexhouseclub.com or call/text/WhatsApp 613-806-0602 to make an appointment.
Step 2
After you’ve seen product samples, and made a selection, then it is time to place your order. The order must be paid in full before it will ship from our Warehouse. We accept e-transfer or cash. An invoice marked “PAID” will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of payment in full.
Please note: you cannot place an order for our pvc decking or fences unless you have seen the product. This will avoid any nasty surprises when the product arrives. Colours/tones and textures on your computer screen may not be accurate representations of what the product actually looks and feels like.
Step 3
Your product will be shipped to your preferred site.
FREE deck or fence delivery to customers (your warehouse or job site) as long as we have confirmed your order- big or small. We will deliver to your designated site and you do not need to show up to take the delivery. We will have the owner sign off the packing slip and send photo of the delivered product to you.
