This website is operated by D&J Window Supplies who owns Vertex Construction. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to D&J Window Supplies and Vertex Construction, while the term “you”, “your”, “buyer”, “customer” and “purchaser” shall refer to you, the customer. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and policies referenced herein and/or available on our website.
DJWINDOW.COM and VERTEXHOUSECLUB.COM strive to provide accurate content, including product information and pricing. However, item availability, product information, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, however, we cannot guarantee accuracy. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
Large orders are welcome and bulk pricing is available on many of the products.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product (or its information) obtained by you will meet your expectations. In an effort to avoid this issue, Vertex Construction reserves the right to refuse to sell PVC Deck or PVC Fence product to anyone who has not seen a sample prior to the order (see below for details).
All information given on any and all products should be considered as a general guideline. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine sizes and measurements as well as whether any and all products are suited for appropriate installation or purposes.
SALES
Orders placed must be paid in full prior to processing. Payment is accepted by e-transfer or cash. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
All confirmed orders (Vertex Construction must approve the order and deposit received) are considered FINAL SALE and may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for any reason. All confirmed orders are delivered free of charge.
Vertex Construction reserves the right to refuse to sell product to anyone who has not seen a sample prior to the order or the quantity is not suitable for free delivery in reasonable time frame. Samples of every product are free and can be requested through the website. Vertex Construction reserves the right to limit the number of samples requested.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCT
While we endeavor to supply orders on schedule, we do not guarantee to meet delivery deadlines as the trucking companies are not under our control.
Most orders will be available to be delivered to your preferred site (your warehouse or job site) within 7-14 business days. There is always the small possibility that products will be back-ordered. You will be notified immediately of any back-order issues, and we will happily refund your money if you do not wish to wait. However, no discount will be given if you choose to wait for the back-ordered product.
Disposal of all packing materials (including, but not limited to: plastic shrink wrap, boxes, wooden palettes, nylon and/or metal strapping) is the responsibility of the purchaser. Most of these items can be disposed of in municipal garbage collection.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted without approval. Should such a request be accepted and approved by management, goods must be returned within 15 business days from the original date of shipping.
Goods must be returned in their full, unopened and undamaged original packaging and ready for resale. It is the customer’s responsibility and cost to return any goods to the manufacturer. Should you choose to transport these goods via third party, DJWINDOW.COM does not accept any responsibility for products lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping.
A restocking fee of 25 percent will apply.
Any and all claims made regarding damaged goods must be made prior to any and all installation. Buyers shall inspect all goods upon receiving and shall notify Vertex Construction within 24 hours of receipt if goods do not conform to the buyer’s purchase order or are defective based on visual inspection.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of goods being returned a refund will be processed and applied to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Seller’s liability to the buyer is limited to the cost of the goods purchased. It is at our discretion to replace or refund up to the purchase price of said goods.
Products should be measured and installed by a certified professional. Vertex Construction accepts no liability for any incorrect measurements or installation difficulties.
Original manufacturer’s warranty will apply on all products purchased. Vertex Construction reserves the right to refrain from accepting responsibilities for any and all warranty related issues and circumstances.
